1. What is IPFS? What is Filecoin?
IPFS is a protocol for storing data in a distributed file system and sharing it over the Internet. It emerged to improve the problems of the existing HTTP Web by integrating technologies such as P2P network, BitTorrent, Git version control, and SFS own proof system.
Filecoin is cryptocurrency for implementing decentralized cloud systems using IPFS technology.
File coin users can save and view files using the remaining hard disk space on another user's computer.
ICO was conducted in 2017 and developed by Protocol Labs established by Juan Bennett.
2. Participation Method and Mining Compensation
When purchasing hash power, filecoins are paid according to the percentage of the IPFS cloud hash power held by the entire mining pool.
Flybit's hash power mining technology service is available at the lowest price of 15%, deducting from the file coins mined on the day.
Mining compensation will be distributed in accordance with the FileCoin Foundation's policy after the launch of Mainnet.
